STMicroelectronics STPSC40H12C-Y Schottky Silicon Carbide Diode is an ultrahigh performance power Schottky rectifier in a TO-247 package. The STPSC40H12C-Y features a wide band-gap material that allows the design of a low VF Schottky diode structure with a 1200V rating.
